Before Jim founded Del-Val Home Inspectors in Bucks County PA. Jim came from a long history in the building trades. Jim grew up with his father’s construction company starting from the bottom sweeping floors and working his way up framing houses and becoming a expert finish carpenter. After a few years of managing and overseeing projects from start to finish he was looking for more. This is where Del-Val Home Inspectors was born. Jim spent two years with a master home inspector. Training and doing over 250 ride along inspections to comply with Pennsylvania and ASHI’s strict requirements. Within that two years Jim went to every seminar and training available to him.

We have had many years of experience dealing with the builders and contractors.

We understand that purchasing a home can be a very stressful time. Our goal, as your home inspector, is to educate you about the condition of the home so you can make an informed decision upon purchase. We will conduct a non-invasive, unbiased visual inspection of the home and its systems, reporting on conditions of the home, both positive and negative. When we go over the final report with you, we won’t rush through it. We believe in taking things nice and slow so that you fully understand any and all issues. Our job is to provide you with a comprehensive, fair, independent, objective evaluation so that you can understand and take care of your valuable investment.
